It is sometimes necessary to delete the print queue when a printjob won’t be deleted from Printers and Faxes.

To delete print jobs manually you should stop the Print Spooler service from and then delete all the files in the C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Printers\ folder.

Remember to start the Print Spool service afterwards, otherwise nowone can print.

Please note that this deletes ALL printjobs currently in the print queue. Use this method with care.
