I got your script to successfully start all the zimbra services by commenting out the sudo -u zimbra /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcontrol start and putting in sudo /etc/init.d/zimbra start. Everything works except when the Zimbra services start back up. The logger and logswatch fail. When I run a zmcontrol status the following services are not running, logger, zmlogswatchctl, and snmp.
